Thank you for choosing Prime Arena for your sports and turf booking needs. We strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your booking through your dashboard. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The booking was cancelled by the user at least 24 hours in advance.
• Prime Arena had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions making the turf unplayable, maintenance emergencies, or administrative errors).

3. Standard Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, please allow a standard processing timeline of 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Mobile Banking, Card, or Bank Account).

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your booked slot without prior cancellation (a "no-show"), no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
