Welcome to Prime Arena. By booking a slot or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website. Payment is required in advance to confirm your slot.

Service Delivery

As Prime Arena provides a booking service rather than physical goods, delivery of our service is fulfilled instantly upon successful payment. Your booking confirmation will be immediately available on your dashboard and sent to your registered contact details.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Player Safety & Liability

All players acknowledge that football is a physically demanding sport with inherent risks. Players use all facilities, including the turf and swimming pool, at their own risk. Prime Arena is not liable for any injuries sustained during play.

Facility Rules

• Proper sports footwear is mandatory. Flat-soled shoes or boots with metal studs are not permitted on the turf.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on or near the playing field.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Prime Arena management reserves the right to refuse service or eject individuals for unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please support our on-site café.

Video Highlights

The video highlight service is handled separately by venue staff. Prime Arena is not responsible for technical failures but will provide a refund for the service if footage cannot be delivered.
